Features

- Black hasp measures: 5-1/4" x 3" body
- Has an unmistakable stop-shaped octagon front panel shield
- Specially designed lockout tag
- Lock out the device by inserting the open end of the 1/4" wide loop
- The hasp hangs by the 1-3/8" x 2-3/4" closed oval loop
- Insert the top hole over the octagon-shaped tab inside the hasp by filling out the lockout tag
- Hold the tag in place by closing down the 2-1/4" octagon panel
- Brace securely with up to three padlocks
