We are willing to assist you with your returns if you're not satisfied with your purchase. Returns can be made provided that conditions below are met.
- The product is in its original state and complete packaging.
- It has all its accessories, manuals and everything that comes with it in the purchase.
- Return should be made within 30 days of shipment, beyond that, we will not accept any return.
How to Return a Product
- Request a Return Authorization (RA) Number from DriverLogBooks by via Email contacting us
- We will send you the Return Authorization (RA) Number from the manufacturer through email.
- Instructions come along with the Return Authorization Number in the email. Please do as instructed. Send the return to the address specified in the Return Authorization. DO NOT send returns to DriverLogBooks headquarters.
- DriverLogBooks will credit you as soon as we receive the return in good condition.
What does it Cost You to Send a Return
- 15% of the total cost of the product as Restocking Fee
- We DO NOT PAY for shipping cost for returns. You send the returns at your own expense.
Avoid unnecessary costs by avoiding returns. Make sure that you are ordering the right product to avoid incurring the above costs.
Any order cancelled before the credit card is charged will NOT incur a fee, however, once your card has been charged, there will be a 10% fee to cover the Cost of Processing. We must pay for both the charge and the refund. Any order cancelled after it has shipped will be charged a 15% restock/processing fee. Almost all distributors charge a 15% restocking.

Return Policy on GPS
For those purchasing a Truck GPS, we will waive the No Return Policy on open electronics, for a Limited Return period of 14 days from purchase or 5 days from delivery with a 15% restocking fee, regardless of the reason for the return. This applies to the Teletype, Cobra, Rand McNally, Garmin & PC*Miler GPS & CoPilot Truck GPS ONLY. You must make the return request within the time allowed and it must be retuned within the following 7 days. Please Note: No return means no return for refund. Naturally you can return it for repair or replacement for the warranty period.
King Connect and Winegard Satellite Antennas Policy
King Connect builds a high quality Portable & Truck Mount Satellite TV Antenna and backs it with a Full 1 Year Parts & 1 year Labor Warranty. Every King & Winegard Satellite Antenna is bench tested before letting it out of the manufacturing facility. King Connect & Winegard wants to handle virtually ALL issues, regardless of where the Satellite Antenna was purchased, so you must contact King Connnect or Winegard directly regardless of what the issue is. There is NO RETURN on the Satellite TV Antennas.
Do NOT buy a King Connect or Winegard Satellite TV Antenna, unless you are willing to take responsibility for your purchase. By purchasing you agree to allow King Connect or Winegard to correct any issue you might have with your Satellite TV Antenna. If King Connect or Winegard cannot solve the problem over the phone, you agree to send the satellite tv antenna back for repair or replacement. You may request DriverLogBooks send you a shipping document if the problem is within the first 30 days, so check your Satellite TV Antenna out immediately.
All King Connect and Winegard Satellite Antennas are covered by King Connect's or Winrgard's Limited 1 or 2 Year Parts and 1 year Labor Warranty. See King Control’s Registration page or See Winegard’s Registration page and enter your Model Number, Serial Number, Date of Purchase & Dealer Name in the comments box. DriverLogBooks advises purchasers to Register their Satellite Antennas immediately on receiving it.

Tiger Tools Limitation of Liability
Tiger Tool does not warrant any of its tools that are subject to abnormal use, including without limitation misuse, accident, modification, unreasonable use, neglect, lack of maintenance or use after any portion of a tool is significantly worn.
Tools that are found to be outside the warranty policy will be retained in our warehouse facility for four months. During this time 3 contact attempts will be made for repair approval and then a 4th and final call will be made prior to disposal. Any items disposed of will not be eligible for refund or credit.
Tiger Tool shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or other similar damages incurred by a purchaser of its tools, including without limitation lost profits, lost revenues, lost sales, lost business opportunities, lost or damaged goodwill, interruption of business or any other injury or damage. Some states or other jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
Warranties by Tiger Tool as listed herein represent your exclusive remedies and are in place of all other rights and remedies. You may have other rights, which vary, from state to state or from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
Tiger Tool accepts no liability to purchasers or to others for the results of the use of any of its tools which have been subjected to abnormal use or are worn. Tiger Tool accepts no liability to purchasers or to others for the results of any incorrect use of any of its tools. Tiger Tool accepts no liability to purchasers or to others for the results of the use of any tool repaired by persons other than Tiger Tool.
