Log Book Formats
There are two book formats available for the Driver's Daily Logs. "Format A" includes non-required items that "Format B" does not. Choosing A instead of B, or vice versa is not critical, since both formats meet DOT requirements.
Book Format A
Book Format A includes these non-required items:
- Total Mileage Today box
- Home Terminal Address line
- "From" line
- "To" line
Book Format B
Book Format B not include these non-required items:
- Total Mileage Today box
- Home Terminal Address line
- "From" line
- "To" line
