The Four-Day Driver's Log Book 641-L is a 3-Ply Book Format bimonthly log book helps you comply with the Hours Of Service rule and with vehicle inspection regulations - §395.8, §396.11 and §396.13.
The log books features three plies: one and two have four logs printed on one side. The third ply consists of four Simplified DVIRs (Driver's Vehicle Inspection Report) perforated for easy removal. Also includes a monthly log summary sheet on the inside front cover, and completion instructions on the cover.
